- Also known as FERAL.
Poverty refers to a state in which a person has to forgo attainment of social quality in favor of attaining biological quality. For example, in the Winter War a group of Soviet soldiers managed to get behind the Finnish lines in order to complete some mission. However, a soup kitchen was on their way. Since they had only black bread and tea they were brought into a state of ferality. They captured the soup kitchen instead of accomplishing their mission and were soon captured by Finnish forces.
